Here are some portraits of my three aunts taken in downtown Pasadena (2 aunts and 1 cousin, but who’s counting?). I seriously forgot how much I love that place… it’s such a nice area! The portraits were taken for a business they are starting together. More on that later, but for now, enjoy the photos!

Snow Day with My Love

Today, Bri and I ventured up to Wrightwood for a fun day in the snow. I’ve been wanted to do a shoot with her for months and since all these crazy storms I’ve been wanting to do a shoot in the snow… isn’t it great when you kill two birds with one stone!?

For those of you who don’t know, this is Bri, my Fiance as of one month ago, and the love of my life. I could literally write paragraphs about all the things I love about her (cause I have), but I’ll spare you from that now, but I will show you a million pics of her! : ) Enjoy!

The Pitt Family

Productive weekends are the best. Mine started yesterday morning with a shoot of Kevin, Amy, Nathan, and Cody. The Pitt’s are good friends of ours and we had a great time with them. This shoot also features one of the biggest nose bubbles ever, for a 9-month-old (As seen below).

As for the rest of our weekend, we’re headed up to the snow for some wintery photos and a fun day. I’ll try to post those tonight!

Holiday Family Shoot

Meet the Palmer’s. If I do say so myself, we had quite a bit of fun on this shoot. Broken branches, sub-zero temperatures (okay, maybe I’m exaggerating by a couple degrees), and spending 30 minutes (maybe another slight exaggeration) trying to perfect the “Ron Burgandy and Channel 4 news team’s jump”. If the above doesn’t sound like a blast to you, than chances are you’re missing out on life! ; ) Anywho, the following is the result of all the “funness” (Yes, I did just make that word up) we had. Fall Portrait Session

Introducing my little sister, Courtney. She is the youngest of 5. Yes, that’s right. I said 5. Our family is compiled of 3 girls and 2 boys (and our parents of course), and there is an 18 year gap between the youngest and oldest. Well, our baby sister is now in high school. And to commemorate this momentous time in life, we went out and did a little portrait session. We had a great time, but I really wanted to kick this guy who was playing “fetch” with his dog. Not because he was playing, but because he decided it was funny to throw the ball wherever we moved to (and I mean right in the middle of our shoot!). This became old, QUICK. But once I punted his dog like Baxter, it was smooth sailing. : )

Rancho Community Church II

I have the privilege of shooting a bunch of stuff for Rancho Community. If you aren’t familiar with them, it’s a large church in Temecula that does some pretty awesome work in the community. I’ve personally never seen a church give back SO much. It’s awesome.

Anywho, you may have seen the shots I took during their services last month, well now I’m on to shooting the entire staff. Which to be frank is quite a task. Solely because the size of the staff. But honestly, I’m having a GREAT time and meeting MANY cool people. So here’s a few from a few weeks back and there will be MANY more coming soon! : )
